Keith is a proven Company Builder with 33 years of senior hands-on business experience and company development. His resourcefulness and competitive spirit, coupled with a passion for entrepreneurship, has contributed to his success. His innovative, strategic approach to finding creative solutions to business challenges is well-documented. Keith is experienced in managing all phases of business development from initial planning, market development to sales presentations, promotions and product positioning. He gained market share in his own company by responding to customer needs and competitive conditions with creative strategies and well-developed business acumen.

Keith founded ‘Vancouver Sushiman’, a manufacturer and wholesaler of Japanese food products in 1986. Over a 20 year period Sushiman became a pioneer in the ‘grab and go’ grocery industry in Vancouver and B.C. He developed the company’s GMP’s and HAACP programs and consistently scored above 90% on third party audits. During that period his company supplied and worked extensively with Safeway, Costco, IGA, Save-on-Foods and numerous schools, hospitals and movie sets. Tom Selleck, Jessica Alba and the cast of The X-files have raved about his creations!

Keith also worked extensively for Blenz Coffee revamping their food programs, introducing their first private label food products and designing and implementing their philanthropic Blenz Cares program. These programs all led to significant increases in system wide sales. In addition, he also refined the chain’s Quality Assurance programs. Consulting internationally for almost 15 years, Keith has provided key consultation to numerous companies seeking growth and more efficient operations. Helping a wide range of companies of various sizes (Start-up to $25M, his passion is watching companies grow and thrive under his guidance, and their action. During his 33 years in business Keith has proven his abilities to build company’s while interacting productively with clients, customers, franchisees, suppliers and staff.
